StartHope@Home supports refugees and migrants through individualized coaching to develop new career prospects, improving their chances of sustainable professional reintegration in their country of origin.
Together, we develop a “Plan B” for their country of origin. We provide support in starting a small business, prepare them for permanent employment, or help them find suitable further education opportunities. The goal is to create new career opportunities and clearly plan the next steps.
What we offerSign up now! The program is designed for refugees and migrants from non-EU countries who are considering returning to their country of origin or would like to prepare for it. Some choose to do so voluntarily, while others currently see it as their best option or are still unsure how their situation will unfold.
Participation is free and open to anyone, with no special requirements.
Our participants are supported at six locations by our team of coaches, network coordinators, and interpreters. Participants can take part in the coaching program in person at our locations or online from anywhere in Germany.
Through our newsletter, we keep our network informed about exciting news at StartHope@Home. We report on past and upcoming events and share stories from our participants.
