The StartHope@Home team consists of a total of 18 colleagues who work at our six project locations in Cologne, Hamburg, Leipzig, Berlin, Munich, and Stuttgart. We are organized into three different departments.
We manage all of the project’s public relations activities and work to build and maintain our network. At each location, a network coordinator is responsible for local and regional networking efforts and for strengthening relationships with return counseling centers and other network partners.
We ensure that our participants receive personalized support. Eleven dedicated coaches advise and mentor participants in eight different languages: English, German, Spanish, Hindi, Pashto, Urdu, Turkish, and Arabic. When necessary, we draw on our pool of interpreters with expertise in additional languages (e.g., Russian or Vietnamese).
